Understanding the Video Queue
To ensure high-quality output for every user, Cliptude uses a queuing system for video generation. This means your video is processed in an orderly fashion alongside others.
Generation is Not Instant
Creating a video involves complex AI processes: script generation, voice synthesis, image sourcing/generation, audio mixing, and final rendering. This process takes time. Please allow a few minutes to hours for your video to complete. You will get an email when the video is ready.
What Happens When You Click Generate?
Enter Queue
Your request is received and placed in line. Status shows as "Queued".
Processing
Our servers start building your video. Status changes to "Processing". This is where the heavy lifting happens (AI voice, visuals, rendering).
Completion
Once finished, status becomes "Completed". You will receive an email notification, and the video will appear in your dashboard ready for download.
Factors Affecting Wait Time
Video Length
Longer videos (e.g., 10 mins) require significantly more rendering time than shorter ones (e.g., 2 mins).
Complexity
Features like custom animations or complex transitions add to processing time.
Server Load
During peak times with many users generating videos, queue times may slightly increase.
