Credits are deducted only when your video is successfully generated. You are not charged for failed generations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are credits deducted for failed generations?
No, our system performs an initial credit reservation when you start a task. If the video fails to generate due to server issues or an error, those reserved credits are immediately refunded to your account balance.
How are credits calculated exactly?
Credit calculations rely tightly on duration. One minute of completely AI-generated video costs about 55 credits, capturing all backend costs including AI scripts, realistic AI voices, background music, images, and high-quality rendering logic.
