Auto Mode
Auto Mode controls whether the video pipeline runs end-to-end automatically or pauses after script generation so you can review and edit before processing begins.
Where to find the toggle
The Auto toggle sits in the top bar of the Create page, to the right of the Format, Duration, and Language selectors. It is only visible to paid users — free accounts always run in Auto Mode.
Auto ON (default)
The full pipeline runs without interruption. After you submit your prompt, Cliptude generates the script and immediately proceeds to voiceover, footage sourcing, and final assembly. Your finished video appears in your History when complete.
Best for: fast turnaround when you trust the AI to nail the script on the first pass.
Auto OFF
The pipeline pauses after script generation. You are taken to a script editor where you can read, rewrite, or refine the AI-generated copy. Once you are satisfied, click Approve & Process to resume the pipeline and generate the video.
Best for: branded content, technical topics, or any time the exact wording matters.
Availability
The toggle is only shown to paid users. Free accounts always run with Auto Mode enabled and cannot pause for script review. Upgrade your plan to unlock manual script review before processing.
